Swift Creek Homes is a locally owned and operated custom home builder that serves the Grand Strand. Ethan holds the position of Vice President Builder for the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association. He is also a Certified Master Builder in South Carolina and has earned his Certified Ageing in Place Specialist (CAPS) Designation by the National Association of Home Builders. Ethan and his wife Allison, enjoy each client’s project as they are all uniquely created with the client’s vision in mind from the start.
