Charcuterie Construction Demo

You may not need a construction hat at this construction site, but we will be “building” something beautiful and tasty. This is a hands-on workshop of charcuterie folding. Learn how to prepare your charcuterie for an artistically decorated charcuterie board which makes an impressive culinary display. The elements of a well-balanced board will be shown. Members of the audience will participate in a hands-on workshop of how to fold and display different types of charcuterie. During the workshop participants will learn about several different kinds of cured meats.
