If you interested in exhibiting your business at the Home Show, then please fill out the online application using the button below. Filling out the application does not guarantee you a spot in the show. Spots fill quickly once the registration window is opened up.

Registration Window

Once we open up the show registration, we have a two week window where we accept applications. After the priority registration window closes, then we will begin assigning booths. We try our best to place you in one of your requested booths, however, we do make sure that we space out competing vendors.

Contract

Once we assign you a booth for the show you will receive a contract to digitally sign. The contract will come from PandaDoc and will be counter signed by a member of the Show Staff. You have 5 business days to sign your contract.

Deposit

After we have the full executed contract you will receive a Square invoice for the cost of your Booth Rental. A 50% deposit is due within 5 business days of receipt of your invoice. You can mail a check to our PO Box or pay the deposit online using a card or ACH payment.

Your final payment for your 2024 Home Show booth is due by January 1, 2024.

Utilities & Decoration

The show staff will send out an email to the designated Show Contact that will have information and links to purchase utilities from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and to order decorating items from the show decorator.

Exhibitor Badges

All exhibitors will receive a link to submit the badge request a few weeks prior to the show. All exhibitors are required to wear their badges during the show and it is required for entry into the exhibit hall. Please keep an eye out for the email and submit them as quickly as possible so we have time to print them.

Move In

All exhibitors must move in on the Thursday February 1, 2024. The exhibit hall will be opened from 7am to 7pm. If you have not begun setup of your booth before 3pm on Move-in day you will forfeit your spot.

During the Show

Exhibitors are allowed access to the exhibit hall for one hour prior to the arrival of the attendees. Please enter through the loading dock door with your Exhibitor Badge. The Exhibit hall will be open for 30 minutes after the doors close on Friday and Saturday evenings for exhibitors to secure their booths.

Show Questions

Move Out

Move out cannot begin until 5:00pm on Sunday evening. The exhibit hall floor will be open on Sunday evening until 7:00pm and will be open from 8am until 11am on Monday morning. Anyone who breaks down outside the move out window will forfeit their right to participate in future shows.
